Smail Smatov, BSc
MSc Student

Chemical and Materials Engineering
53 Kabanbay Batyr Avenue
Block3 Room 434
Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan

Smail Smatov is working on Rotator Cuff Tendon regeneration. His current work focuses on the fabrication of nano-fiber based scaffolds enriched with spatially controlled molecules to mimic the structure of native tendon bone insertion at the shoulder. Smail designs and fabricates biomimetic scaffolds incorporated with TGF-β3, investigates the release of TGF-β3 from fibers with different diameters.
